listening to this theme gives me goosebumps. i can remember this playing when i was little kid in our living room on saturday afternoons. my dad and i always watched college football together and from the age of 5, i was a college football fan. when arkansas joined the sec in 1992, i was thrilled. instead of playing boring texas schools, we would now be playing auburn, alabama, lsu, and the other 8 schools that make up the southeastern conference.

Oh and Andre Johnson was on that team :). Clinton Portis as well but he was injured that game. Go Canes!

Loved when cbs broadcasted the Miami FSU game in 2000. Had this theme to go along with a huge matchup...and several great players (Ed Reed, Buchanon, Jonathan Vilma, Dan Morgan, Reggie Wayne, Moss, Shockey, McKinnie, Ken Dorsey, DJ Williams, Boldin, Derrick Gibson, Chris Weinke). That was when college football was golden. Miami had the huge win that day to bring us BACK. Could feel the energy all over Miami and Lauderdale.

@JAldridge86 They did. They used it for the intro to Super Bowl XXI. I'm a big Redskins fan. The Giants beat the Redskins three times in 1986. That's the main reason why I remember it so well.
