5x DMC World Champion DJ Craze takes things to the next level in this new turntablism routine, using Traktor Scratch Pro and the Kontrol X1 controller. Using the X1, Craze simultaneously triggers cue points on both decks, while still staying true to his roots with some serious beatjuggling.By combining traditional vinyl techniques like juggling, scratching and body tricks with advanced controller-based functions such as cue point manipulation, tempo-synced effects and ultra-quick track changes, this performance showcases the cutting edge of turntablism and controllerism using the latest digital DJing technology.DJ Craze on Myspace: http://www.myspace.com/crazear... more information on Traktor and Kontrol X1, please see http://www.native-instruments....

@thesimpletonshow well you get a better sound off vinyl but its more easy useing cd's for dubstep samples or bass samples or whatever

@thesimpletonshow hmmm thats not what you said tho is it? you sorta said that using vinyl is like watchin black and white TV which is out dated, implying vinyls outdated and sorta dissing it by implying you dont use this other dated technology so why do you use this. musta been misunderstanding then

@thesimpletonshow I could give just as many examples as you that would go positive with my agrument, so stop being a little dumbshit. If you want one then think of a video game, you'd feel more accomplished if you didn't use cheats and beat it without them.

@HellolzEveryone i understand the point about vinyl im sure other djs do too. Craze is just mixing it up and not in a competition. i'm sure we both feel the same about scratching with cd players...lol

@sebastianave I feel ya...next time i go camping i will start my fire with bow and drill method because it's more authentic and old school and use my lighter to light my cigarette. just f**king witcha. by the way do you have an 8 track player in your car dude cause there is this old school jam on 8 track I wanna hear but...

@connormatheson War? What the hell are you talking about? No where in my comment did I dis vinyl. What is so stupid about this " Almost all dj's end up using vinyl at some point and in certain occassions such as battling or extreme scratching sessions. battle djs use vinyl and most mix and scratch djs use both mediums"? I have vinyl and prefer vinyl when mixing and scratching what I saying is embrace the technology cause its here to stay and still evolving.
