The Music industry is suffering for lack of cd sales cause many people can just get it for free.Well now the labels are getting smart and using the world of the internet to try and get back the money they shell out.Myspace, youtube and cell phones are just a few samples of where there going for new music.

in the words of Bob Dylan:Come mothers and fathersThroughout the landAnd don't criticizeWhat you can't understandYour sons and your daughtersAre beyond your commandYour old road isRapidly agin'.Please get out of the new oneIf you can't lend your handFor the times they are a-changin'.

There was music before the RIAA there will be music after the RIAA. I don't understand why everyone feels sry for the people that capitalize on other peoples talent. Thank God there is no PIAA for the painters or WIAA for writers. Capital and art should never be used in the same sentence, cause although people make livings doing it; it should never be the reason to create art, and frankly it has gotten a$inine, Artist in other art forms rarely have huge mansions and their own Plane.

The illegal AND legal downloads markets have killed CD sales. I don't like that. Now any retard can make a song and get famous - it was much better when artists had to work and produce a whole album of good music. It was a type of quality control. Now we get wall to wall crap.

It's easy to understand why the music industry suffers. The music executives in the 60's and 70's were old sigar-smoking men who didn't know shit about pop-music and realeased things people wanted to hear. Now there is all these young people who only puts out the music they like, and think other people like. And now as the cd-sales decline they put out "easy listening" songs and hip-hop that is excellent to use as ringtones. But piracy can be blamed also to some extent.

The looser is gonna be those 4 major labels. First off..they think they can fool people with easy melodies and lyrics which a five yr old can remember after one take. The power is going to independent labels and the artist mainly, because they are more #######..ok am not giving more secrets:)Pay me.hahaha
